About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Cook 2 to join its Food & Beverage Team. The Cook knows the hotel’s menus and food items and prepares food for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo. The role prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to guest orders, production requirements, and quality standards. The hotel seeks someone dedicated to serving guests and working cooperatively with colleagues.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience working in culinary.
• Food Handler certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Know the hotel’s menus and food items.
• Cook for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to guest orders, production requirements, and quality standards.
