About The Position

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Conveyor Truck Driver with a Class 1 or 3 CDL license. This role involves pre-inspecting the truck, loading materials, verifying load accuracy, and setting up job parameters. The driver will inspect sites for safety before loading and unloading, and may occasionally assist with lifting, pushing, or moving product weighing 75+ pounds. Maintaining regular communication with the dispatcher and ensuring branch management is aware of potential hazards are key responsibilities. A daily commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE, is mandatory.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Class 1 or 3 CDL license in good standing
At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck
Ability to repeatedly lift 75+ pounds
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Pre-inspect truck, load materials, and verify accuracy of load

Touch freight – may need to lift, push, or move product weighing 75+ pounds

Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
