About The Position

Pratt Industries is seeking a Converting Supervisor in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to lead production of quality corrugated products. The supervisor mentors a team of 2–30 employees and helps maintain a culture of quality, safety, integrity, and strong team morale. The role includes cross-training staff, maintaining critical inventories, coordinating maintenance activities, and conducting weekly safety meetings. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in the corrugated industry.
