About The Position

The Converting Operator C position is responsible for producing a product that meets established quality guidelines. This role involves assisting the Extrusion operator with various tasks, including startup procedures, cleaning, adjustments, and packaging. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, managing scrap, and potentially training other personnel. Consistent attendance and the ability to handle job-related stress are essential.

Requirements

• Operator experience
• Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line.
• Shadow operator “B”.
• Quality training with QC personnel.
• Packer experience preferred.
