About The Position
The Converting Operator B is responsible for producing a product that meets established quality guidelines. This role involves assisting the Extrusion operator with various tasks, ensuring consistent attendance, and demonstrating a willingness to work non-standard hours. The operator must be capable of managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Requirements
- Operator experience
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate mom-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Nice To Haves
- Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line
- Shadow operator “A”
- Quality training with QC personnel
- Packer experience preferred

- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace
