About The Position

The Converting Operator C position is responsible for producing a product that meets established quality guidelines. This role involves assisting the Extrusion operator, performing various machine operations, and ensuring proper packaging and material handling. The position requires consistent attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, manage job-related stress, and interact productively with colleagues. The work environment is a manufacturing setting with exposure to inside and outside conditions, varying temperatures, and noise.

Requirements

• Operator experience
• Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line.
• Shadow operator “A”.
• Quality training with QC personnel.
• Packer experience preferred.
