About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, creative, and proactive Conversion Specialist to support the execution and optimization of organic growth and digital acquisition experiences across web and app platforms. This role will play a key part in helping grow the organization’s digital visibility, searchable content ecosystem, customer engagement, and evolving AI/LLM discoverability strategies through content development, landing page optimization, technical and on page SEO best practice, educational experiences, customer journey improvements, and digital experience enhancements. This role sits within the Product organization and partners cross-functionally with Marketing Acquisition, Analytics, Creative, UX, Brand, SEO, and Engineering teams to support organic growth initiatives, customer journey optimization, and digital experience enhancements across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can independently manage initiatives from intake through launch, QA, optimization, reporting, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and optimization of organic growth and digital acquisition experiences across web and app platforms.
  • Grow the organization’s digital visibility, searchable content ecosystem, customer engagement, and evolving AI/LLM discoverability strategies.
  • Develop content, optimize landing pages, implement technical and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Improve educational experiences and customer journeys.
  • Enhance digital experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Acquisition, Analytics, Creative, UX, Brand, SEO, and Engineering teams.
