About The Position
The purpose of this position is to manage, schedule and supervises the preventive maintenance program and general repair to air-conditioning and heating systems at all City facilities. Employee is responsible for preparing recurring reports and/or records and assembling information from more than one source of information for maintenance, repair and replacement of units. Employee is responsible for providing daily supervision to HVAC Technicians and is responsible for daily decision-making on a variety of items from simple to difficult.

Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule and supervise the preventive maintenance program for air-conditioning and heating systems at all City facilities.
- Perform general repairs to air-conditioning and heating systems at all City facilities.
- Prepare recurring reports and/or records.
- Assemble information from multiple sources for maintenance, repair, and replacement of units.
- Provide daily supervision to HVAC Technicians.
- Make daily decisions on a variety of simple to difficult items.
