About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of shift duties, including delivering exceptional customer service, producing deli items, operating and maintaining deli equipment safely, and following food service and health regulations. The role involves handling customer complaints and escalating situations when they are beyond the associate’s authority, following company policies and safety rules, reinforcing safety practices with other associates, and keeping the deli clean and compliant with state and company health guidelines. The stated pay range is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The position is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus.

Requirements
