About The Position

This position is for a Controls Technician/Installer in Baltimore, MD, with a controls-only company founded in 1989. The company has 25 employees, with a controls team of 5-7 individuals. They serve clients in Commercial, Government, Hotel Management, and Property Management Groups, working on both Owner Direct and Plan & Spec, Design Build projects, with a main focus on retrofits. Their services include Professional Mechanical Solutions (Preventative Maintenance, Service, Construction) and Professional Controls Solutions (Installation, Pneumatic Retrofit, Service, Monitoring/Preventative Maintenance).

Requirements

• Prior Experience as a Controls Technicians/Controls Installer
• Knowledge of building panels, terminating devices, and wire pulling
• Experienced with Point-to-Point Check outs/Commissioning
• Well versed within Controls Installation
• Light troubleshooting within programming, rewriting sequences

Nice To Haves

• Working with Johnson, Honeywell, Tridium or Siemens is preferred
