Requirements

  • Four-year degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in controls engineering or automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and C#.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs.
  • Experience with industry-standard software, including SCADA systems and AutoCAD for control system design.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot control systems that optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and develop solutions tailored to specific projects.
  • Programming PLCs, HMI development, and ensuring system compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Monitor existing systems and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiencies.
  • Documentation and reporting on system performance, communicating findings and enhancements to management and team members.
