Requirements

Four-year degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in controls engineering or automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and C#.
Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs.
Experience with industry-standard software, including SCADA systems and AutoCAD for control system design.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
A forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and troubleshoot control systems that optimize manufacturing processes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and develop solutions tailored to specific projects.
Programming PLCs, HMI development, and ensuring system compliance with industry standards.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
Monitor existing systems and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiencies.
Documentation and reporting on system performance, communicating findings and enhancements to management and team members.
