About The Position

We are a full-service pump and controls company serving the municipal water, wastewater, and industrial markets. • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership, follows through, and brings calm and clarity to a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment
  • Excellent communication skills — you will be the connective tissue between frontline staff and senior leadership

  • Managing workflow, workload distribution, and scheduling across all four subdepartments to ensure projects and customer commitments are met
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks before they escalate, and developing repeatable processes to prevent recurrence
  • Providing direct supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to department employees, many of whom have been promoted into their current roles as the company has grown
  • Acting as the primary point of escalation for internal issues so that the VP of Controls can remain focused on business development and strategic priorities
  • Coordinating with other departments (pump sales, pump repair, field service) to ensure cross-functional alignment on shared customer projects
