Responsibilities: Oversee plant financial operations in accordance with IFRS and corporate policies, including month‑end and year‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits. Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Serve as a strategic business partner to plant and divisional leadership by delivering insights, recommendations, and decision‑support based on financial data. Manage and develop the finance team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development to a Financial Analyst and other finance partners. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and financial transparency across manufacturing operations. Own standard costing and inventory valuation, including annual standard cost planning, work center rate setting, and monthly variance analysis. Maintain strong internal controls and compliance, supporting capital investment planning, fixed asset management, physical inventories, and ISO/IATF standards. Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands‑on exposure to cost accounting and plant‑level financial operations. Experience supporting multinational and multi‑site organizations, partnering effectively across functions and locations. Strong SAP experience, including financial reporting and business intelligence tools; Power BI experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred. Solid knowledge of full absorption and standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and clearly communicate financial results to non‑finance stakeholders. Highly organized and analytical, with a demonstrated ability to go beyond reporting numbers to drive business insights and continuous improvement.
