About The Position
Northwest Frozen is hiring a Controller to own accounting and the financial close for a growing frozen-food manufacturer with plants in Des Moines and Kent, Washington. The role is full-time and onsite in Des Moines, Washington. Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience is required. Manufacturing, inventory and standard costing, and multi-entity accounting experience are significant pluses. Compensation is $150,000–$175,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus. The company provides fully paid health and dental insurance.

Responsibilities
- Run the monthly close, prepare financial statements, and complete reconciliations in NetSuite.
- Own inventory costing, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and audit and tax preparation with the company’s CPA firm.
- Build controls and reporting to help ownership make faster decisions.
