About The Position
Northwest Frozen is seeking a Controller to own accounting and the close for its growing frozen-food manufacturing business, which operates plants in Des Moines and Kent, Washington. The role is full-time and onsite. Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience is required. Manufacturing, inventory and standard costing, and multi-entity accounting experience are significant pluses.

Responsibilities
- Run the monthly close, prepare financial statements, and complete reconciliations in NetSuite.
- Own inventory costing, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and audit and tax preparation with the CPA firm.
- Build controls and reporting to help ownership make faster decisions.
