As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team and play a critical role in strengthening our financial operations and supporting the Company's strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be both a financial leader and an operational partner. This role will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance functions while working closely with leaders across the organization to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, increase financial visibility, and support sound business decisions. About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-service environment. Lighthouse's business includes service-based revenue, product sales, inventory and warehouse operations, project-based work, and multiple lines of business, creating a diverse and evolving accounting environment. In this role, you will: Lead accurate and timely financial reporting and the monthly close process Oversee revenue recognition, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger activities Manage project-based accounting, work-in-progress, and financial analysis Support inventory, warehouse, procurement, and product-related financial processes Oversee tax compliance, including sales tax related to the Company's products and services Manage cash balances and developing cash flow forecasts Establish and maintain strong accounting procedures and internal controls Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI development Support acquisitions, financial consolidations, and integration activities Partner with Operations and other business leaders to identify efficiencies and improve financial performance Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive leadership and Board-level decision-making As a leader within the Accounting and Finance team, the Controller will also help build a high-performing team and foster a culture centered around accuracy, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service to the business.
