About The Position

Oversee and coordinate all financial activities related to the business, ensuring the integrity of accounting and financial systems. Support monthly and year-end closures, including account reconciliations and audit support. Submit controlling data and financial statements to management teams. Provide financial reports and analyses to support business activities and statutory meetings. Conduct standard cost planning, cost allocations, stock-taking, and manage overdue and investment processes. Manage construction in process and tooling projects, including asset placement and customer invoicing. Interface with commercial, production, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of receivables and payables. Prepare and analyze monthly results, including operations based in Mexico, and report to global lead center management. Develop monthly rolling P&L forecasts and support annual operating planning. Prepare financial analyses and supporting documentation for capital investments and statutory meetings. Explain financial concepts to local teams and provide training as needed. Participate in special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of standard cost accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred
  • experience with QAD/Manufacturing Pro is a plus.
