About The Position

Instrumentum is hiring a Controller for its corporate office in Boca Raton, Florida. The Controller will own the core accounting and finance operations—including the close, cash management, audit, controls, budgeting, reporting, and accounting systems—so the CFO can focus on growth, lenders, investors, and the board. The Controller will lead a four-person team and report alongside the CFO, with a clear division of responsibilities. Instrumentum is a national sterile processing partner to hospitals and surgery centers. It operates six facilities across the United States and has just under 300 employees. Accounting is performed in Sage Intacct, using a location hierarchy to report results facility by facility. The position is full-time and on-site at the Boca Raton corporate office, Monday through Friday. The Controller will learn the financials quickly and take ownership of the close and audit from the start. Occasional travel under 10% may be required.
