About The Position

Critical Path Institute (C-Path) is a nonprofit transforming the path to new therapies. For 20+ years, we've partnered with industry and academia to get treatments to patients faster, safer, and smarter. We're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations across U.S. and international programs. You'll manage financial reporting, budgets, payroll, grants, and internal controls, while reporting to our CFO . Why C-Path? Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance ( Master's preferred)
• 5+ years nonprofit accounting experience; 2+ years managing financial systems
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency , and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• CPA or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and reconciliations
• Oversee payroll, AR/AP, cash flow, and grant compliance
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial analyses
• Supervise and mentor Finance team members
• Provide insight and guidance to leadership and Board
