About The Position
Family office in Beverly Hills is seeking a Controller to work with the CFO. The Controller will assist with all accounting functions for the residential and commercial properties and other business entities. This role involves overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivables, vendor-set-up, lease maintenance, rent statements, and other tasks as directed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of career advancement in real estate/property accounting and possess supervisory experience. We are looking for a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and professional team player. This position offers very interesting work and room for growth, with the opportunity to be the right hand to an Ex-Big 4 CPA CFO.
Requirements
- MS Office Suite (strong Excel skills)
- Yardi software
- Property Management Software ex.-CenterSoft or other ERP system
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Controller or other senior level management experience
- Must have an active CPA license
Nice To Haves
- Big4 experience is a nice to have but other public accounting is OK
