Controller
About The Position
The Controller oversees the company's financial operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role ensures financial information is accurate, reliable, and timely while supporting the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Working closely with executive leadership, department managers, and operational teams, the Controller provides financial insight and guidance across the company's maintenance, construction, restoration, and specialty service divisions. The position oversees accounting processes, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, job costing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, and financial compliance. It also identifies financial trends, improves processes, strengthens internal controls, and provides leadership with reliable information for informed business decisions.
