About The Position

LICT Corporation is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting for its Kansas operations, including J.B.N. Telephone Company (JBN), Giant Communications, Inc. (Giant), and Haviland Telephone Company, doing business as Haviland Broadband (HBB). The Controller is accountable for the integrity, timeliness, and consistency of accounting across the two subsidiary groups, working closely with local operating leadership and LICT corporate finance. The position reports to the General Manager and supervises all accounting department positions. The role is based primarily at the JBN/Giant office in Holton, Kansas, with regular on-site presence at Haviland operations, anticipated to be approximately 15% of the Controller’s time.
