About The Position

As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in reviewing financial performance across business units, identifying drivers and trends to provide valuable insights for decision-making. You will oversee general accounting functions, manage cash flow, and coordinate financial planning and forecasting cycles.

Requirements

Experience managing the entire accounting cycle for over 4 years.
Management experience over a team, either indirect or direct.
Strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Finance and Economics.
5 years of experience in the FMCG industry in Management Accounting, including standard costing and capex management.
Knowledge of SAP controlling and production module.
CPA certification is a plus.
401(k) compliance experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee General Accounting Functions: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Perform account reconciliation, including Bank, General Ledger, and Credit cards.
File and monitor tax reporting and 401(k) administration.
Oversee payroll and manage cash flow by creating bi-weekly cash flow reports.
Monitor payments to vendors and develop cash management improvements.
Lead the coordination of financial planning and forecasting cycles for P&L across functions.
Proactively highlight any risks or opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster open and honest business discussions.
Provide financial governance and guidance to ensure compliance with accounting processes and procedures.
Manage a team of 4 direct reports.
Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
