This role offers the opportunity to be at the center of operational decision-making, providing insights, analysis, and leadership that directly impact performance and profitability. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Information Systems, Procurement, and Accounting, to ensure robust manufacturing systems are in place. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping business improvement initiatives, setting performance goals with plant leadership, and analyzing results across quality, productivity, delivery, cycle time, inventory optimization, and profitability. This position also involves building economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product line decisions; supporting business unit initiatives; and leading the forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
