This role oversees the core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. These functions serve as a critical foundation for Bethesda—providing the financial clarity and accountability needed to support wise decision-making and responsible stewardship. The right leader will bring structure, discipline, and consistency to financial operations, while working collaboratively across the organization to ensure financial information is accurate, accessible, and useful.
