About The Position

A rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization is seeking a hands-on Controller with strong technical expertise and experience in high-growth environments. This role will own the full accounting lifecycle while optimizing ERP systems, enhancing reporting, and supporting operational scalability. This opportunity is available immediately due to continued growth and acquisition activity. This is a fully in-office position based in Alpharetta, GA requiring daily on-site presence. The company is investing in strengthening its accounting infrastructure and needs a leader to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities. This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth, in-office environment requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy workloads. The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in high-growth environments (required)
• Strong ERP and systems experience (required)
• Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience with audits and external partners
• Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement
• Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures
• Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities
• Support audits and work with external accounting partners
• Oversee multi-state compliance and tax processes
• Support system improvements and integrations
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

Benefits

• Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus
• 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%
• 17 days PTO prorated in the first year
