Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America) is seeking a Controller to lead the day-to-day management of the organization’s accounting and financial systems. This senior leadership role is responsible for monthly book closing, preparation of financial statements, internal controls, compliance, tax filings, and year-end audits. The Controller ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and IRS filings, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors. The goal is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial operations by maintaining rigorous internal controls, overseeing accounting workflows, and ensuring full compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong financial data interpretation skills, experience managing complex systems, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with modern financial management platforms like Sage Intacct is required, along with at least five years of nonprofit financial operations experience, including two years as a financial controller or in an equivalent role.
