About The Position

Responsible for remotely monitoring and supporting oil and gas production operations from a centralized control room. This position monitors field equipment, production conditions, alarms, and operating parameters through SCADA and other control systems to help maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Requirements

Previous oil & gas production, lease operations, control room, or ROC experience required.
Experience with SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.
Understanding of oil & gas production equipment such as separators, compressors, pumps, tanks, valves, and wellheads.
Ability to interpret alarms and production data and recognize abnormal operating conditions.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must meet conditional job offer requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor wells, production facilities, pipelines, compressors, tanks, and other field equipment through SCADA/HMI systems.
Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, tank levels, production volumes, and equipment status.
Identify and respond to alarms, abnormal operating conditions, and equipment issues.
Troubleshoot operational problems and coordinate with Lease Operators, Field Operators, Automation Technicians, and maintenance personnel.
Perform remote equipment adjustments, start/stop functions, or setpoint changes when authorized.
Communicate field issues and priorities to appropriate personnel.
Track downtime, equipment failures, production interruptions, and operational events.
Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation.
Support production optimization by identifying trends or changes in well and facility performance.
Follow company safety procedures and emergency-response protocols.
Provide clear shift handoffs to incoming ROC personnel.
