Requirements

  • Ability to operate, monitor, and adjust computerized control systems with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational reliability
  • High attention to detail and situational awareness in fast paced environments, with the ability to accurately interpret operational data
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make timely, informed decisions in real time
  • Clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with plant operations and maintenance teams
  • Ability to learn plant processes, equipment, and operating procedures, supported by one year post secondary education
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
  • Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control plant operations using computerized systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality production
  • Adjust process controls and respond promptly to alarms or operating changes to maintain product quality and stability
  • Meet production targets while upholding all safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Communicate and coordinate with field personnel to manage production activities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize plant performance
  • Perform routine system checks, document operating data, report equipment or process concerns, and support continuous improvement initiatives
