About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking experienced Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) team located in Everett, WA. This role ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Detailed Parts or Electrical Team, and integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. The agent will negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions, prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements, conduct risk, issues and opportunities management, and initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
