About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking experienced Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) team located in Everett, WA. This role ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, develops procurement and supply chain solutions, and contracting strategies for the Detailed Parts or Electrical Team. The agent will integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing and contract terms, preparing and executing contractual documents, conducting risk management, and initiating supplier improvement activities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
