About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the Forgings Contracts team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Leads contracting activities including negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. Owns and manages the business relationship with the supplier

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing
• 5+ years of experience negotiating & executing contracts
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates
• Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance or relevant Business field
• 10+ years experience in the above categories
• Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed
