We seek a Contracts Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA. Duties and Responsibilities: As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of contracts for a Department of War customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Development, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Requirement Packages, Statements of Work and other program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews. Assisting in the development of obligation plans, P&R Forms and Program Objective Memoranda. Tracking deliverables, CDRLs and Monthly Reports. Developing supporting briefings. Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases. Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command. Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations. Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations. Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products. Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment. Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.
