This position requires an active Secret clearance. The Management Analyst II/Grants provides administrative and operational support in the implementation of foreign assistance programs that advance U.S. digital, cyber, and emerging technology priorities in emerging markets, in alignment with U.S. economic and national security objectives. Supporting the effective administration of federal financial assistance awards, including grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, and interagency agreements, this role assists Program Managers, Grants Officer Representatives (GOR) and Grants Officer (GO) in driving successful program implementation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in foreign assistance programming across multiple funding mechanisms, ensuring effective administration throughout the lifecycle - from pre-award review through closeout, file maintenance, fiscal review, and compliance - while staying ahead of regional cyberspace, digital freedom, and ICT trends. Strong coordination skills across interagency servicing agencies and Department Bureaus and offices are essential.
