About The Position

The CLM Analyst will be part of the operation of the Contracts team and will be responsible for assisting with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role requires understanding and utilizing SECU’s contract management software, adapting to evolving software functionality, and staying abreast of an ever-changing technical environment. The analyst will work closely with the VP - Contract Administration to communicate ideas and implement changes when needed. The position also requires acting in a professional manner, being courteous and discreet, and holding information in strict confidence.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform routine duties independently.
  • Knowledge of financial institution systems and processes.
  • Highest level of integrity and objectivity.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing departmental demands.
  • Dedication to SECU philosophy and work ethic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to speak English fluently.
  • Ability to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers and be cordial in all interactions with co-workers and vendors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a position involving contract management.
  • Experience with Conga Contracts Management Software or other contract management software.

Responsibilities

  • Log, track, and maintain records of agreements reviewed by Contracts.
  • Maintain contract records and supporting documentation, including correspondence, contract artifacts, redlines, negotiated versions, and executed agreements within the CLM system.
  • Assist with user support and troubleshooting routine CLM issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain users, groups, permissions, functions, and roles within the CLM platform.
  • Assist with workflow updates and corrections.
  • Generate standard reports and metrics for operational and management reporting.
  • Support testing of system enhancements and software releases.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Accept special projects and perform other tasks as assigned.
