About The Position

This entry-level, full-time position requires work to be done from our Milwaukee office. Analysts act as consultants to provide the research and insight that clients need to make an informed, data-backed decision. This team plays a critical role in supporting engagements where revenue is generated through managed billing. Under this business model, our company manages all billing and invoicing between expert consultants and attorney clients.

prior customer service, research, or consulting experience is a huge plus.
A bachelor’s degree, in a major with research as a foundation, is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

Receive and review invoices from different individuals (Experts) for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required itemization is included.
Enter invoice data into Salesforce and generate corresponding client-facing invoices.
Send invoices to attorney clients and follow up as needed to ensure timely payment.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with both experts and attorneys via email and phone.
Manage follow-ups and clarifications related to invoice submissions, payments, and related documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
