About The Position

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions (“MacMiller”) is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support its Contracts and Legal departments. This role involves processing and managing contracts, reducing risk, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's continued success and growth. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related administrative field
  • Experience coordinating and tracking documents, deadlines, and records
  • Familiarity with insurance, licensing, or regulatory documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a Legal or Contracts Department
  • Knowledge of the construction or building services industry
  • Familiarity with lien and bond processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, processing, and managing contracts with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of critical documents, including regulatory filings, to ensure proper handling and preservation.
  • Assisting with the management of liens, bonds, insurance, and regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Providing general support to the Legal and Contracts Departments, maintaining SharePoint resources, tracking expenses, and assisting with internal documentation and communication.
