The coordinator will prepare reports on risk exposure, contract status, and compliance tracking, and maintain clear documentation for all contracts. Additionally, the position involves performing audits, monitoring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and assisting with investigations. Ensuring vendor compliance, including verification of COI and W9, is crucial. The role requires keeping supervisors and stakeholders informed of legal and contract activity, managing the contract life-cycle, and partnering with other departments on legal and compliance matters. Professional communication with internal and external parties is essential. This position is strictly on-site.
