About The Position

Edelman is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join the Contracts team as part of Edelman’s Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career contracts professional who has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and is looking to continue developing their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Contracts Analyst will be part of a small team responsible for reviewing and supporting a variety of agreements across the business for multiple clients in the United States and Canada. The team reviews the financial and commercial terms of agreements, as well as all terms of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Our contracts function is a small, collaborative team, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being an active contributor and working closely with colleagues across the organization. The successful candidate will bring energy, curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role is particularly well suited for someone who has built a solid foundation in contract review and wants an opportunity to broaden their experience, take on increasingly complex work, and continue developing their commercial contracting skills within a global organization.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
