About The Position

The Contracts Administration Technician will support the contracts administration team by preparing and proofreading template land contracts and other related documents. This role involves maintaining the internal contracts database, producing reports, and corresponding with operators and other landowners. The technician will also work closely with internal teams to track contract compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent contracts administration experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Petroleum Land Management or equivalent degree
  • Registered Landman or Registered Professional Landman designation from the AAPL
  • 1 or more years of related experience working with oil and gas or real estate agreements
