As a Contractor Service Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring their coverage information is accurate. You'll work with customers, business partners, and team members to provide a smooth and positive experience. Nice To Haves

• Experience in the transportation industry as well as commercial/personal lines insurance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service or client support experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.
• Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.
• Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions.
