About The Position

Equip is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator will serve as an operational anchor for recruiting, helping ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience by managing interview schedules, candidate communications, and coordination with recruiters and hiring managers. This is a 120-day contract, 40 hours per week, at $40 per hour. The role is fully remote and follows standard business hours, generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. five days per week, with flexibility based on time-zone support needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and to talk or hear by telephone; able to sit or stand as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones while ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.
• Improve or scale scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams.
