About The Position

Manage the industrial security program and security activities at a client accredited facility, ensuring compliance with the intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures, and maintaining the overall accreditation posture. Review and investigate non-compliance issues. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff. Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues. Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews. Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with applying tailored, responsive multi-disciplined security support, including personnel, physical, technical, operational, and information security aimed at the protection of corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilities
  • Experience with SCI administration
  • Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent Directives
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer or Contractor Program Security Officer
  • Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often ambiguous work environment
  • Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, subordinates, and customers
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
