About The Position

As a Contracted Class 5 Driving Instructor in Lethbridge, you will join Alberta's largest driving school, AMA Driver Education. Requirements
- Possess a Provincial Driving Instructor Licence (Class 5) from Alberta Transportation (training provided for suitable candidates).
- Hold a Class 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 licence for a minimum of 3 years.
- Ability to obtain a Class 4 licence.
- Maintain a clean driver's abstract.
- Own a vehicle for instruction.
- Be prepared to cover required start-up costs after training and licensing (vehicle add-ons, SEF 6D Endorsement insurance, incorporation).
- Must be incorporated upon hire.
- Must obtain a WCB number upon completion of training.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality vehicle instruction to students, adhering to AMA's instruction requirements and customer service standards.
- Follow Alberta Transportation guidelines and policies for Driving Instructors.
- Deliver constructive feedback to student drivers to help them develop confidence and skills for safe driving.
- Be available for instruction during after-school hours, evenings, and weekends to accommodate students' schedules.
