About The Position

As a Contract Talent Sourcer at Cardinal, you will be the engine behind our talent pipeline. Your mission is to find and engage high-potential candidates for critical roles across our portfolio. During this 4-month sprint, you will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to identify, attract, and screen top-tier talent, ensuring we have a robust bench of candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience specifically in a sourcing or recruiting role, preferably in a high-growth or agency environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is non-negotiable.
  • Proven ability to find passive candidates and a track record of high "response-to-outreach" rates.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between different roles and departments as hiring priorities shift.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you should be able to tell the Cardinal story in a way that gets candidates excited.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., UKG) and CRM tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels to identify passive candidates for property management, corporate, and specialized technical roles.
  • Draft and execute personalized, compelling outreach campaigns that reflect Cardinal’s "Best Place to Work" culture.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment with Cardinal’s core values.
  • Actively seek out and engage diverse talent pools to ensure our hiring process is equitable and representative of the communities we serve.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and sourcing conversion metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor movement to provide the TA team with actionable insights on the talent market.
