About The Position

Integreon is seeking a Contract Specialist at the Associate L1 or Analyst L2 level, with 2–3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. The role covers agreements including NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements. It also includes performing quality checks according to project guidelines and client instructions, while ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate issues clearly.
Detail-oriented and target-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms or tools.
Logical thinking, sound decision-making, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to adapt to process changes and learn quickly.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with ISO and organizational standards.
Attorney, JD-qualified, or Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types.
Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with the playbook and guidelines.
Collaborate as a team member while managing an individual workload.
Perform quality checks on drafted and reviewed contracts according to project instructions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timelines are met.
Deliver consistent-quality work, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
