About The Position

Integreon is seeking a Contract Specialist with 2–3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements. The role also includes performing quality checks according to project guidelines and client instructions, while ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs. The position requires strong contract-analysis, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with contract redlining tools. Candidates should be able to work independently, adapt to process changes, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with ISO and organizational standards. Integreon is a global provider of legal and business solutions, with more than 3,000 employees and delivery centres on three continents. The stated pay range is USD $50,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate issues clearly.
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms or tools.
Logical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable to process changes and able to learn quickly.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with ISO and organizational standards.
Attorney, JD-qualified, or paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types.
Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with the playbook and guidelines.
Collaborate as a team member while managing individual workload.
Perform quality checks on drafted and reviewed contracts according to project instructions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timelines are met.
Deliver consistent-quality work that meets or exceeds SLAs.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
