About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries. Requirements

5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations.
At least 3+ years of experience heavily recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech.
Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division.
Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
Ability to work independently.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage and support full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles.
Source qualified candidates through various networking channels throughout social media.
Act as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaching out to provide weekly updates and feedback.
Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles.
Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system.
Ensure that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture.
