About The Position
Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is seeking a Contract Recruiter with 2-3 years of recruiting experience to support their recruiting efforts for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States. This is an interesting and rewarding work-from-home independent contractor role with an hourly rate. Work hours will vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week, with the availability to visit a few sites. The contract duration is for 6 months.

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to hiring managers
