About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our growing Med Tech organization during a critical scaling period. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact within a dynamic and expanding Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams across 3 U.S. locations. If you have 7+ years of recruiting experience that includes Medical Device companies this may be a fit for you. The Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across a variety of functions, including Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, and Finance, supporting sites in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota. This role requires a proactive, collaborative recruiter who can operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ yrs proven experience as a contract or agency recruiter in manufacturing of medical devices.
  • Manufacturing industry recruiting experience required
  • Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles
  • Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, consistent updates
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with HR/ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Active experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and professional roles across multiple functions without a full ATS system utilizing Linkedin Recruiter license and ADP Workforce Now HRIS for applications.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define staffing needs/ clarify job requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent, particularly within manufacturing environments
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams
  • Coordinate and schedule remote and onsite interviews based on leader availability
  • Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system
